Rooted in Values. Grounded in Solutions.
Kimberton Law primarily represents and advises local and closely held businesses as well as litigates against large corporations and governmental entities.
Kimberton Law draws its name from the unincorporated agricultural community named after Emmor Kimber, a Quaker abolitionist. Like Emmor, the principles of integrity, stewardship, equality, community, and simplicity guide the Firm. Historically, Kimberton was a significant center for the Underground Railroad. Today, Kimberton remains a small, close community where environmental stewardship and caring for one’s neighbor predominate. Similarly, Kimberton Law strives to provide a local and community focused legal experience that protects the interests of those who are in need of legal representation.
The history of Kimberton, and the values of Emmor Kimber, shape the mission and purpose of Kimberton Law.
