Meet Elias
Elias is a distinguished attorney and founder of Kimberton Law, which he established in 2026 to create a values-driven firm dedicated to representing and advising businesses and individuals while holding large corporations and governments accountable for wrongdoing.
Elias has handled a wide range of complex litigation matters in federal courts across the country, including class actions involving unconstitutional government takings, forced labor claims, and sophisticated business disputes. He also served as an Assistant District Attorney for the City of Philadelphia, where he worked tirelessly on behalf of victims of violent crime. Since 2024, Super Lawyers has recognized Elias as a Rising Star in General Litigation — an honor reserved for only the top 2.5% of attorneys in each state who are either 40 years old or younger or have been practicing for 10 years or less.
In addition to litigation, Elias advises businesses on transactional and operational matters. He particularly enjoys serving in an outside general counsel role for small and closely held businesses, where his broad legal experience and hands-on approach provide meaningful value. His practice frequently involves representing dentists, healthcare professionals, and businesses in the environmental and land management industries.
Elias is also an accomplished legal scholar. He has published numerous law review articles, been cited by researchers and media outlets, earned a Master’s degree from Yale University, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa at the University of Southern California. During law school, he distinguished himself through fellowships, research positions, pro bono service, and oral advocacy awards.
Outside the practice of law, Elias serves on the boards of the Scattergood Foundation and the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation, is a member of the East Pikeland Open Space Committee, and volunteers with Phoenixville Community Services.
